1.  Dehydration
As water makes 60% of your body weight and is main chemical component in body, it is also very important for immune system. Drinking more water will flush out toxins from your body and less toxins leads to healthy body and ultimately healthy immune system. A healthy person should drink 6 to 8 glasses of pure water a day while during any health issue like cough, flu or stomach disease, quantity should be increased.

2. Processed Foods / High Sugar Foods
